ISPSU organises support groups for people experiencing similar challenges related to menopause, relationship difficulties or sexual concerns. In a safe, respectful and confidential environment, participants have the opportunity to share their experiences, ask questions and discover that they are not alone.

A Space for Openness and Understanding
Each support group is tailored to its topic and the needs of its participants. By sharing experiences and listening to others, participants can gain greater insight into their own situation, discover new perspectives and explore practical ways to manage their challenges.
ISPSU's approach recognises not only the difficulties people experience, but also their personal strengths, individual possibilities and resilience, which can contribute to positive change and personal growth.
Support groups provide additional support and do not replace individual psychological or sexological treatment when this is needed.
